History
Progressive Martial Arts Academy of Greece was founded in 2010 in Athens as the first official branch of PMA which is located in New York, U.S.A. The founder of PMA, Guro Nick Sacoulas encouraged his students, Aris Adamopoulos and Dimitris Tsatsanis, to operate and represent officially the PMA Academy in Greece under his guidance.
Since Progressive Martial Art's establishment in 1995 at Queens N.Y., the school has become one of the premier martial arts schools on the East Coast of U.S.A., teaching thousands of students of all ages. PMA Academy is also an award winning martial arts school, garnering national and international recognition (Top Martial Arts School Award for 2009). The school and curriculum continue to evolve and grow, and the staff and students take great pride in its constant development.
